Mark is a PMP, a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, an Agile practitioner, and a Net Promoter–certified customer experience strategist. He pairs an MBA in Accounting with a background in organizational psychology — giving him a rare blend of financial clarity, human behavior insight, and operational control. That mix shapes how we work and why our solutions actually stick.
